Dr. Srivatsan Ravi works on the theory and practice of distributed/concurrent computing. His focus is on algorithms and lower bounds for fault-tolerant distributed systems with a focus on building provably safe and secure concurrent/distributed systems and applications. His current work is focuses on end-to-end modelling and verification of smart contract ecosystems, parallel execution and distributed storage.
