That early taste of world-building eventually inspired him to build his own NFT platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His <em>aha<\/em> moment came during Crystara\u2019s incentivized testnet. Blind boxes (think CSGO skin cases or Pop Mart toys) hit a nerve: 2,000+ users minted over 450,000 transactions, even with modest rewards. \u201cThat\u2019s when I realized blind boxes weren\u2019t just fun; they could become a core NFT mechanic,\u201d Yong said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And here\u2019s the kicker: he built the whole platform solo. As Chase joked, \u201cTomorrow your team doubles: from one to two!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-new-type-of-nfts\"><strong>NFTs That Do More Than Sit in Your Wallet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yong isn\u2019t interested in lazy PFP drops. Crystara NFTs are designed for <strong>utility and stickiness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take the <strong>Tamagotchi effect<\/strong>. Imagine an NFT that \u201cresurrects\u201d and needs daily interaction. Suddenly, your NFT isn\u2019t a static JPEG; it\u2019s something alive, pulling you back into the community every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or check out the <strong>Chicken Wings NFT project<\/strong>. They\u2019ve already integrated staking, burning their meme coin $PEKKI, and rewarding holders across both $PEKKI and $SUPRA. Yong lit up talking about it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThey\u2019re doing things you don\u2019t usually see this early on a new chain \u2014 staking, meme coin integration, rewarding multiple holder types. And the community is backing them hard.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the secret sauce: NFTs with immediate, on-chain utility keep communities buzzing instead of fading after mint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nfts-and-autofi\"><strong>AutoFi + NFTs: A Match Made in Supra<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/autofi.supra.com\/\">AutoFi<\/a>, Supra\u2019s zero-block-delay automation protocol, has already been used across a range of Supra DeFi dApps, including Solido, Atmos, and Dexlyn. For now, Crystara is playing it safe, staying community-first and global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being a young founder adds its own hurdles. \u201cThe biggest challenge is trust,\u201d Yong admitted. \u201cI don\u2019t have 20 years of VC experience to lean on. I just have to build my own reputation, step by step.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His approach? Work relentlessly, ship constantly, and let results speak louder than pitch decks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-future-of-crystara\"><strong>The Future of Crystara<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So what\u2019s next?
