ZapShop FAQ
General
What is the ZapShop?
The ZapShop is PBO’s end-of-season reward event where cadets can spend their Zaps to redeem crates, enter raffles, or purchase limited-edition merch.
When does the ZapShop open?
The ZapShop runs from Dec 4 to Dec 17 for two weeks only.
Who can participate?
Only Premium Members who have completed KYC verification can participate in the ZapShop. Non-verified users can view items but cannot purchase or redeem.
What’s being given away?
Over 30 million $SUPRA plus $65,000 USD worth of prizes, including $45,000 from the unclaimed car.
Access & KYC
How do I verify for the ZapShop?
You can complete KYC directly inside PBO. Verification takes only a few minutes and must be completed before making any purchases.
Why is KYC required?
To ensure fair distribution of rewards and compliance with regional laws for physical prize shipping.
What if I live in a restricted country?
Restricted regions cannot participate in the ZapShop or receive prizes. These include:
Afghanistan, Balkans (regional), Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan (Darfur), Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.
Crates & Rewards
What are the different crate types?
-
Bronze Crate: Common rewards, low cost, high availability.
-
Silver Crate: Mid-tier crate, affordable with a good chance of big rewards.
-
Gold Crate: Premium crate with higher chances of large $SUPRA rewards.
Updated Crate Limits
To keep the finale fair for everyone, we’ve added a overall cap on how many crates each Cadet can buy during this event period.
This does not replace your daily limits.
Those remain exactly the same as before.
The new overall caps simply make sure no single Cadet can buy an outsized share across the entire event, and that crates remain available throughout the full duration.
| Daily Crates Released | Per-Cadet Limit | Per-Cadet Overall Cap | Reward Range | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 3000 / day | 4 per day | 40 | 20 – 32,000 $SUPRA |
| Silver | 461 / day | 2 per day | 10 | 80 – 32,000 $SUPRA |
| Gold | 58 / day | 1 per day | 5 | 320 – 80,000 $SUPRA |
Why we added total limits
As more Cadets pile in, daily limits alone aren’t enough to make sure crates are spread fairly across all time zones and schedules. Total caps help keep crates available for the entire 2-week window instead of letting early buyers clean out the supply.
Crate Release Schedule:
Crates will also now drop twice a day at:
• 12PM UTC
• 12AM UTC
This means that 1,500 Bronze Crates will drop at 12PM, and another 1,500 at 12AM. This ensures that Cadets from every region have a fair chance.
Can I open crates anytime?
Yes. Once purchased, crates can be opened anytime during the event period.
What’s inside the crates?
Each crate gives out a random amount of $SUPRA based on its tier.
Why didn’t I get my $SUPRA?
When you open a crate, you’ll immediately see what you’ve won, but the $SUPRA rewards are released later, depending on the month you chose during purchase.
| Airdrop December 26 | Airdrop January 26 | Airdrop February 26 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | 500 Zaps | 300 Zaps | 100 Zaps |
| Silver | 200 Zaps | 80 Zaps | 40 Zaps |
| Bronze | 50 Zaps | 30 Zaps | 10 Zaps |

How do raffles work?

What happens if I don’t submit my details to the form?
