This course explores the design, risks, and innovations in cross-chain bridging, with a focus on SupraNova—Supra’s advanced interoperability framework. Students will examine the security flaws of traditional multi-signature bridges, including their vulnerability to node compromise and transaction bottlenecks, and learn how SupraNova addresses these issues with two distinct systems: HyperNova and HyperLoop. HyperNova delivers trustless verification through cryptographic proofs validated directly by destination chains, while HyperLoop provides high-speed transfers reinforced by bonded staking, circuit breakers, and insurance protocols. By the end, learners will understand how SupraNova blends speed, security, and economic incentives to redefine blockchain interoperability.
